Simply download Teamviewer.  Once downloaded (its only 2.5 Megabytes in size), install it on your computer and e-mail me with the time you’d like our support guy to connect to your computer to install your unit properly. He will also train you how to use it. When e-mailing please Include your phone number so I can call you, but it would be helpful if you have a Skype ID you can forward to me as well so we can chat freely while we’re installing it. You can go to this on-line world time scheduler to make it easier. Please have your camera plugged in and with the installation CD in your CD/DVD Drive when you call so we can save time. When I call I will ask you to run the Teamviewer software you downloaded by double clicking the desktop icon it would have created. It will then generate a unique username and password you’ll have to give me over the phone so our computers can connect. When connected I will see your computer on my screen and both of us will have control over your mouse. so you will be able to see all the mouse movements I make on your screen, and I cannot access any of your folders or hard disk without your permission. You will be able to disconnect me at any time by clicking on the “cancel session button” should you have any security concerns, but I assure you there is none. I have now installed more than a dozen units using the software and you can see what some users say about it by going to the testimonial pages here. It will take about 5 to 10 minutes for me to install your unit and train you on how to use the software. I guarantee you’ll be happy when the time comes to disconnect me. Should you need more help in future you’d have to follow the whole process again, and generate a new password before I can connect.
